Alice A. Belinsky, 90, a resident of Maple Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ebensburg, formerly of Bakerton, passed away August 24, 2023 at Maple Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 3, 1933 in Bakerton, the daughter of Walter S. and Mary (Wicka) Kuskosky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Belinsky, sisters Mary E. Zeanchok, Helen M. Benny, brothers John, Joseph and Stanley Kuskosky, and a brother and sister in infancy. Alice was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by a brother-in-law James Belinsky, sister-in-law Doris Malloy, niece Gail (David) Conrad and numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was employed at the former Barnes’s Store in Bakerton for many years. She was a member of St. Benedict Church, Carrolltown and enjoyed baking, decorating and bowling. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm Sunday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., 146 North Main Street, Carrolltown where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held 10 am Monday at St. Benedict Church, Carrolltown by Rev. Michael Gabler O.S.B. Interment, Church cemetery.
