Cecilia Gray, 94, Carrolltown, passed away August 27, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 14, 1925 in Carrolltown, daughter of Stanley and Ladislava (Boroska) Lepkosky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Gray; son Robert C.; daughter Betty Lou Crilly; siblings Sophie Petty; Desmond Lepkosky; Blair Lepkosky; Ann Lepkosky; Al Lepkosky and Genevieve Kane. She is survived by children Sandra (Richard) Sherry, Elmora; Pamela (Dennis) Sams, Hummelstown; Nancy Sue (Dan) Shoffstall, Lancaster; Dianne Gray, Carrolltown; Barbara Herman, Carrolltown; David Gray, Ebensburg; Shirl Gray, Carrolltown; James (Mindy) Gray, Grove City; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a graduate of John Carroll High School. Cecilia previously worked at the former Van Heusen Shirt Factory in Barnesboro but spent most of her life as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown; Carrolltown Fire Club and the Carrolltown American Legion. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 5:00 pm Sunday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 146 North Main Street Carrolltown, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass Monday 11:00 am at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown by Rev. Jude W. Brady, OSB. Committal church cemetery.
