Edward J. Kirkpatrick, 73, Carrolltown, peacefully passed away November 10, 2023 at home. He was born January 22, 1950 in Spangler, the son of Rubert and Helen (Kline) Kirkpatrick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by nephew, Jeremy Kirkpatrick, nieces, Kimberly Biller and Sarah Purcell and brother in law, William Campbell. He is survived by his siblings: Rose Marie Kirkpatrick; Millie (Steven) Toth; Janet Campbell; Carol (Gary) Hite; Paul (Susan) Kirkpatrick; Norma (Ken) Simanski; Mary Jane Grove and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a U.S. Navy veteran aboard the USS Coral Sea during the Vietnam Era. Ed was a member of Carrolltown American Legion, St. Benedict VFW and Bakerton Rod and Gun Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 pm Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 146 North Main Street, Carrolltown. Memorial Service 11 am Thursday, November 16, 2023 at the funeral home, by Rev. Michael Gabler, OSB. Interment St. Benedict Cemetery, Carrolltown. Full military rites will be accorded by local veterans organizations. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the James E.
