We are devastated to hear of Francie's passing. Uncle Walt knew Francie to be very meticulous and always strive for perfection no matter what he attempted to do. He loved Tammy and his girls deeply. He was a devoted husband and father. We will miss him. Uncle Walt and Aunt Jane
