Janet M. Gill, 73, Carrolltown, passed away May 14, 2025 at Haida Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 7, 1951 in Spangler the daughter of Michael and Helen (Zultanky) Papson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Jerry Papson. She is survived by her husband Donald J. Gill whom she married July 29, 1972; children James Gill, Brian (Alyssa) Gill, Wendy Reed and fiancée Chris Dowey; grandchildren Natalie, Caroline, Eleanor and Margaret Gill; Alex and Jason Russo; sisters Patricia (Pat) DiPaolo and Carol (Mike) Penrod. Janet retired from Ebensburg Center after several years of service. She enjoyed arts, crafts and flowers. At her request, there will be no viewing or service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. Carrolltown.
