Urban “George” Duman, 72, Hastings passed away January 19, 2021 at home. He was born December 30, 1948 in Colver, the son of Wilmer and Aretta (McCreary) Duman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Larry, Allen, Bill and sister Theresa. He is survived by his loving wife Audrey (Krotendofer) Duman, whom he married September 18, 1976; children John (Peggy) Duman, Patton; Robert (Miranda) Duman, West Middlesex; Angelina Duman, Marstellar; Kenneth (Jessica) Duman, Hastings; Brian Duman, Carrolltown; grandchildren Autumn, Katie, Weston, Lilly, Isabella, Maddie, Ethan, Carsen, Zaiden, Jaylen, Emmett; brothers and sisters James (Rita) Duman; Alma (Donald) Smith; Geraldine (Bob) Smith; Delores Duman; David (Joan) Duman; Linda (Richard) Mason; Idella (Joseph) Milchak; Raymond (Carol) Duman and numerous nieces and nephews. He worked at Colver and Bethlehem 32 Mine for many years. He was a member of St. Bernard Church, Hastings. George loved his grandchildren, hunting, gardening and riding his Harley. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 146 North Main Street Carrolltown, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass 10:00 am Saturday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown by Rev. Jude W. Brady, OSB. Interment church cemetery.
